At Tradition Swap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Returns:
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards and customized items are non-refundable.
